Frequently asked questions
Does Estratto work with my lever machine?
Yes. Estratto is built for manual lever machines: Flair Pro 3, La Pavoni, Cafelat Robot, Strietman CT2, Olympia Cremina and similar. It also works with semi-automatics, but the tap-to-record pressure capture is tuned for lever machines.
How much does Estratto cost?
Free for 7 days, then a one-time 14.99 €. No subscription. You pay once and get all future updates.
How does pressure curve capture work without a sensor?
While you pull the shot you tap your current pressure 5 to 15 times on a 1-9 bar scale. Estratto stores the points as a time series and renders a smoothed curve. Enough resolution for dial-in decisions, no sensor hardware or Bluetooth plumbing needed.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From Settings you can export all shots, beans, and ratings to CSV at any time. The file uses semicolons as separators and is compatible with Excel and Numbers. GDPR data-portability built in.
